
Mrs. Douville has been collaborating with various artists in the Boston area since 2008. Over the last few years, her interest in diverse repertoire has given her the opportunity to present recitals of both classical and cabaret music. In the last few months, Mrs. Douville has performed recitals for numerous organizations in the Boston area such as Brookline’s Emery Bag Women’s Club, The Goethe Institute, The Chromatic Club, the Old North Church of Marblehead recital series, and the "Wednesdays at St-John’s" musical series. She also serves as an accompanist for various recitals, competitions, auditions and recordings.
In August 2010, Mrs. Douville was appointed Piano Department Coordinator at the Brookline Music School. Finding a balance between teaching and performing continues to be a priority for her. Her latest project, Carlisle Floyd’s monodrama for soprano and orchestra "Flower and Hawk", will be presented with Soprano Dunja Pechstein in various locations around Boston in the next few months.
Mrs. Douville holds a Master of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Bachelor of Music degree from McGill University (Schulich School of Music), in Montréal, Canada.
